My main supplier is Chef’s Connection and I use them mainly because they produce the best goods on the market, they source all their goods very carefully because they are a small selective supplier, and of course, good ingredients is essential for our cooking here. If I need any special ingredients for any special party they will do their best to find it even if they have to travel all over the place to try and source it. They’re very helpful like that.
