Well actually we are really proud of serving Chef's Connection Italian high quality unusual produce, which would not normally arrive on the counters of English chefs. I must confess that sorting out the degree of quality that Chef’s Connection requires from us is sometimes very engaging, very committed but this is something that we are very proud of and gives you a lot of professional satisfaction.
