Fingers limes
We are now finalising details to be the sole distributer of Fresh Finger Limes into the UK. These fruits have now been granted an export license for the first time.

The Australian finger lime (citrus Australasica) was identified and catalogued during the early colonisation of Australia as a potential commercially viable fruit. Somehow this native species got lost and overlooked for generations.

These unusual fruits have a myriad of pulp colours ranging from light green, lime green, yellow, pink through to deep magenta.

It is marketed as fresh citrus caviar as the cells resemble caviar. When bitten into each individual cell bursts open giving a taster a wild infusion of tangy lime.

Culinary uses appear endless as chefs who have received samples have used the limes for sushi decoration, fish salads, in dressings, with desserts or in cocktails amongst other things.
