I’ve used Chef’s Connection for some nearly twenty years now. I’ve known Danny since he came to my door at Inigo Jones restaurant at Covent Garden. I was in full praise for his passion, love of food and I couldn’t actually get him out of the door for nearly all the day, you could sit down and watch the service. He’s not changed after all those years and become a great friend. I use them for their service as they’re a very, very dedicated firm. If you want something, they’ll g out of their way and time of the day; they don’t close the door at two o’clock like a lot of firms do. If I want something, I know Danny will go out of his way to get it, which gives great comfort in a chef to know that.
