THF Cumberland Hotel at Marble Arch and attending Westminster College studying for City & Guilds on a day release course.Stuart then went on to work for Anthony Worrall Thompson, Brian Turner, Nico Ladenis & Pierre Koffmann.

He was Gary Rhodes `right hand man` for many years before opening the first Petit Blanc Brassieres for Raymond Blanc in Oxford. Former Caterer & Hotelkeeper Acorn award winner and 3 times finalist of the Restaurateurs Young Chef of the Year competition and overall winner in 1991. Stuart is married with 2 teenage daughters - food runs in the family as Stuart’s wife Eli is a former restaurant manager with a degree in nutrition and dietetics!
Passions - Hobbies – Interests: Stuart is a passionate fisherman and spends time in far away places in pursuit of Wild Salmon, Sea Trout & Brown Trout. He angling friends say he cannot walk over a puddle without looking for a fish!
